The second I plug the battery in the lights are stuck on. I checked the pins and I’m getting a constant power to pin 3 and 4 witch makes sense becuase my signal/side marker/license plate lights are stuck on. I’m thinking a bad headlight switch. What do you guys think?

It's worth a try for sure. I've had those and the headlight switch itself go bad too. If that doesn't fix it tho, then you have some wires melted together somewhere.
