2007 Roush Fastback

Hey all,
I just bought what I think may be a Roush Fastback. It's an '07 V6 Premium coupe, Grabber Orange. It's definately got a Roush spoiler on it, and the Roush "FASTBACK" stripe on the side.

The lower right corner of the original window sticker says it shipped through Roush Industries, 28156 Plymouth Rd, Livonia MI.

Other than the spoiler and stripe, I can't find anything else Roush on it. The hood is a Cervini's ram air.

Can anybody help shed some light on this for me?

2007 Grabber Orange Ford Mustang

This is the best I can do right now, sorry.

I've got a pic I can send if someone wants to post it for me.
There's a guy on here, 97gtstang, who claims to have one. Tried to PM him, but I don't have the minimum 5 posts yet.
roush doesnt make v6 mustangs. its just a v6 with some stickers. if its a genuine roush, then you would probably have documentation with it along with interior badges id assume

yes they did

I understand that Roush didn't build it, and it doesn't have any performance upgrades. I'm just looking for info on what WAS done on these 'fastbacks', and about how many they did. Granted, it's basically a V6 with a Pony package, but Roush did SOMETHING to it.

they were probably added by the owner before you. if anything, it is one of these. is there a plaque in the interior?

if Roush didnt "build" it, then Roush didnt do anything to it

Possible, but that doesn't explain why it shipped through Roush.

"Fastback" may have been the name they gave for the package in your region.

"Heat" was for the southeast and i know they had a different name for the west.

it should contain the same upgrades as the "Heat" but just with a different name
Ok guys I'll spill the beans. Haven't been on or I would have already. Roush did Indeed do the body mods on these cars. As Atlantic stated they went under sever different names heat, fastabck, and I believe one other. Mine didn't come with the "fastback" script on it but it's the same stripe. They were shipped through roush from ford. Ford contracted roush to put these customizations together(according to chris at roush). Non serialized but pretty cool since they didn't make many. Mine has the same matte black stripes, spoiler, trunk black out, hood stripe and hood scoop. As far as production numbers I was told to check with ford, but wasn't sure who to talk to so I haven't followed up on that. I have seen 2-3 of these on the streets tops so I'm sure they can't be a super high run.

And yes other then this package roush did make a v6 option

Anyways anymore questions let me know, and to answer your question yes it's one. Congrats on a cool car.
I liked the 99-04 Roush V6s.... stock with a 4.2L and whatever else it came with... *drool*
^What Stage was that? There were 3, I thought 1 was the six (didn't know it was 4.2L) 2 was a GT, and 3 was a SC'd GT. All of course with the Roush interior and exterior accessories.

What I really liked was the 360R, there was one around me back in the days, not sure what if anything was done to it but it sounded mean and was dead sexay.

what? the was only the Stage 1 version. it came with the appearance package, a magnaflow side exhaust, and the serial number plate.

no V6 has come with a 4.2
I coulda sworn... I wont object.
