I am wondering about building a 347 stroker....... I got a pretty much built 302 right now.... Dome pistons, gt40p heads, headers, intake, carb, cammed,

Pistons are standard.. Is it possible to build a 347 stroker by just chaning out my crank or do I have to bore it over?

You can't use 302 pistons though right.

No you can't. That's why I mentioned ordering them, but now that I reread it, it does look as if he wants to put a different crank in and that is all.

Crank rods and pistins are all different, thats why its a 'kit'. Everything works together, replacing one part will not work.

347 requires different crank, rod length, & 347 specific pistons! Bore size is optional depending on block condition.

alright! appreciate the input... I was looking to just change the crankshaft as i already have dome pop up pistons and didnt want to buy another set... I will more than likely just keep it a plain old 302 thanks :)
