4.0 Died one more time, any suggestions ?

Heres a link to a rundown with a crank, y'all here on the forum have been super accurate and lead me to my issues every time, I've been given two weeks to fix it before i'm forced to sell it by my parents to pick up another car so they don't have to drive me to either school and work, any suggestions would be awesome, thankyou 🙏

Start with the basics, make sure it has enough fuel at the rail, maf is actually reading and spark. Just from watching the video my guess would be either fuel pressure is too low or it’s a timing issue.
