I was looking at MMR's 5.4 build and they used the Edelbrock victory jr intake manifold instead of a custom manifold or the HPS intake manifold . I wanted to know if the Edelbrock manifold and the adapter plates would give me any gains over using the stock 4.6 PI intake manifold and adapter plates on my bolt on 2v 5.4. I would use MMRs adapter plates so I could keep my upper plenum/tb combo. Would this fit under a stock hood? I already have some of my hood cut out to make the PI intake fit
