Sometimes when I have the A/C going and my car starts working kind of hard it will switch to the defrost and blow cold air out of the defrost vents. Then when it stops working harder it goes back to the regular vents.

Does anyone else have this problem or know what it could be? I do have a tuner and was thinking that might have something to do with it because I'm pretty sure it didn't do it before I got it.

Thanks

I'm sure he means when he's in high rpms. I've had it happen to me a couple of times but i didn't think much of it, but there's something else. when im in high rpms the ac switches off and then blasts me with 'built-up' air when i depress the clutch. turns out it does that to save the compressor since having it activated at high rpms reduces its life i guess, or something like that
