im replacing my coil on my mach 1 to accels, stock ones are done and have over 90k on them, are accels any good for the 4v? i heard gms are poorly made. i have a couple of bolt ons.

+ 1 for stock coils. If you decide to run ridiculous boost, stock coils + Kenne Bell Boost a spark is the best combo.

motorcraft or msd. everything else works great for ten miles then craps out on ya and gives you misfires here and there like crazy

stock...dont need to change then for a LONG TIME or a lot of power by then BS3 is your best bet
