i was looking on TeamZmotorsports website and you can get standard, 1" shorter, and adjustable. standard would be the same as stock, but what are the andvantages to a 1"shorter or adjustable A arm?

To bring the tires up under the fenders. Narrows the track width and corrects the geometry when highly lowered. I'll add a pic here shortly.

More or less. I can't see any other reason anyone would want to do it for a DD.

what are the advantages/disadvantages and what kind of driving are they designed for? street, strip, auto x?

As they're spherical bearings I would classify them for anything other than DD use. Adavantages are that you can pull the tire up under the fender some, push it out a tad.... or slightly alter wheelbase by lengthening one end and shortening the other. Not for DD.

ah i see, thanks for the info. considering my car is more or less a street car with an occasional trip to the track ill just stick with the standard A arms. thanks and reps!
