Does anyone have an aftermarket tach in your 99-04 if so post up a pic im tryin to get an idea of what they look like in these cars.

Ok just go to cjponyparts.com and search for tach bracket. $43.95 You will also need a tach adapter to hook it up to our cars because of the distributorless ignition.

actually the tach adapter says for 99-04 mustangs. so I am not sure how yours would hook up. You have a 97 cobra?

no an 01 cobra just got it yesterday

ok. how do ignition upgrades work on these cars cause they arent anything like my last one

Aftermarket Coil on Plugs is it! Granatelli, MSD, Accel are just a few names of companies who make them. And to bump your timing up you would need a tune.

so the plate that goes over the plug is the actual coil?

On your car you have to take that plate off, the coils are under it, and there is a Coil on top of each spark plug

interesting... well the last one was expensive to mod so im sure this one will just be worse
