bad wire?
AH what to do
hey all i have a 01 gt and i just replaced the intake due to a crack in it. i got it back together and when it warms up it starts to miss only during normal driving. if i ease on the gas it wont miss and idle it wont miss. but here is the kicker....ill drive it while its missing and after like 10 miles it will stop missing. all the coils are on good and plugged in tight and all the injectors are all plugged in good. i have no clue what to do.. any help would be great. thanks matt

its a c.o.p system i have no clue on what to do next its frustrating
could be an air leak somewhere. try spraying starting fluid around all the edges and hoses while its running. if it changes idle at all when you spray it in a particular spot thats where the leak is. other than that, i don't know why it would do that. did it throw a check engine light when it misfired?
no C.E.L i was thinking it was a coil goin bad or cracked and when it gets to temp its opening the crack more and when cold it closes up again

I would say double check all your hoses and check for leaks like bob said.
found the problem (knock on wood) one of the boots on the coils were not seated on the coil well, havent had an issue yet but not holding my breath
