another overhaul...

Hey all, so for those of you that remember in the beginning of the year I had a build thread for my car. Well it was just about finished... it now has started all over again.Everything is off and just about ready to do some welding and painting in the engine bay. I haven't made up my mind on a few things so needless to say it's perfect timing to cary me into spring.
Plan of attack:
-smooth out the engine bay
-remove excess weight from behind the dash/interior
-remove excess wiring from harness/ reroute harness(clear things up a bit)
-move MSD to passenger side(somewhere in the cabin)
and of course the hopefully's
-8pt roll bar?
-white paint job?
-front brake kit

also if you followed either of my other two threads(for those interested..., 8.8 r&r...) these are the rear brakes that I finally picked up to work with my rear end housing.

Thanks man, I should be ordering the metal this week along with body materials ie: filler, paint, sand paper, etc...
I haven't decided weather or not to stay injected or switch to carb'd.
My only reasoning for the carb'd idea is this would be the easiest way to clean up the engine bay. I'm still undecided on this though, as with many things in this project.
I was able to get some work done on the car over the weekend; seats, dash, carpet. I'm a little worried about the passenger rear floor pan area. There seams to be some minor rust but there looks to be more underneath the paint.
Here are a few pictures from my camera phone:

those brakes look familiar. good choice
That rust doesn't look bad how about a wire wheel and some POR-15 and you will be fine.

yeah, I noticed that in your thread... but you had the 5-lug if I'm not mistaken... good choice

Thats good to hear, a buddy of mine was just preaching this stuff to me. This POR-15 stuff, it's something like rhino liner or undercoating right?
Awesome pics. Can't wait to see this car when its done :D
