one way that you can do it is to purchase a handheld tuner and have them disable the PATS system in the tune.

the handhelds are either SCT or Diablo. If you order from one of our vendors on here and you can ask them when they send you the tuner to preload a tune with the PATS system disabled that way when you get it you can simply plug it in and it will shut it off.
