Energy suspensions are a good polyurethane mount. You can find them on ebay, summit, and jegs. I'm getting ready to install some solid mounts from Laurel Mountain Mustang.

Shouldnt be too hard, unbolt them, jack the motor up a lil bit and you should be able to swap them out.

the nut that goes on the mount stud is a bitch it break loose. but once you do that its just jack it up and take it out

you can get them from latmodelrestoration.com its like 2$, but its hard to get access to, but if you can get a good hold on it, its not that hard to break loose
