freaking filled up my other car(the one i am driving till the mustang is street legal) it was on empty so i filled it up. the second i pulled out of the lot the car is sputtering and the check engine light comes on. my dad says to put alchohol in the tank. how much he is at a funeral and cant text back.

my first car was a 78 chevy nova. at one time we where having a bad time with everyone having water in their gas. so at every fill up i would put a 16 oz bottle of Isopropyl alcohol in it, which is the main ingredient in stp gas treatment.

Jump dump the bottle in. ANother thing that works, but idk if they have it during this season, is HEET. red or blue botle of de-icer/water remover. Lucas fuel treatment helped me out when I some how seemed to have lost my gas cap and gas door during a rain storm.
