I've never set up one of those polls so I'm just asking. I bought these pieces along with an e-brake handle, and after painting the center console I don't think they look right on there. It looks like I tried to get the paint to match the billet pieces and I did a shitty job of it. So I'm either going to send them back to SHR for the triple chrome ones or the anodized black SilverHorse Racing Webstore - 2005+ Mustang Specialists - SHR Tru-Billet Cup Holder Bezel 05-09 Tru-Billet 2005-09 Cup Holder Bezel.
Or I'm going to get a guy here to powdercoat them gloss black (or just paint them myself).

Let me know what you guys think.

Well here are a couple of pics of them in my car. I've already taped off the GT engraving on the shifter bezel in anticipation of painting. Stopped by my powder coat guys place and there was a 'for lease' sign in the window. I guess another victim of the economy. So painting looks like the only option to me if I am going to go black. I don't want the black anodized ones because they are not glossy enough.

Hey what about the e-brake handle? Leave that one silver since it's on a black handle?

So, too late, no more voting. Started painting 'em. I will post final picks tomorrow evening. So stay tuned for the finale to the saga depicting the never ending quest for perfection in even the littlest things we do.

Without a doubt, Black is the way to go. The Black will go with the rubber part where the E-Brake sits.

Just make sure you paint them right! Got way too nice of a car to skimp on paint.

Yeah I think it will all tie together in the end.

I take a bit of pride in my painting. I've done all the extra body parts on my car already with pretty good success. Even built my own booth out of PVC and plastic sheeting. Of course it doesn't have much for a sophisticated ventilation system, or any ventilation system at all for that matter, so I get a little high in there. But that brings out my artistic side.

Fresh out of the booth. Airing (sp?) out the garage. Let the paint cure and we will put 'em in tomorrow.

I taped off the GT emblem as best I could. Removed the tape after the base coat and before the clear coat. I figured if it didn't come out OK I could just go over it with black again. Looks OK to me though. The inside of the G got a little tough trimmin' the tape.
