Well if it was a tuning issue, it'd be a completely different issue as to why your motor blew. I can only see there being a problem with the installation of the cams. Sorry to say but it's going to be hard to get them to pay for anything. That's not to say that I wouldn't do everything in my power to get them to pay.

Are you saying they gave you a 10% discount on the cams because they were used or because the motor got jacked up? If you've already taken the 10% because your motor is jacked up than you're dead in the water.

Well than really you have zero leg to stand on in court since you took the discount. Sorry man but they definitely gave you the shaft more than likely.
