Okay, so I sold my first Mustang to my mother about 4 or 5 years ago and I think I want to buy it back sometime within the next few months. It's a 67 coupe, nice original paint and almost flawless original interior. The engine is a straight-6 and it's got 4-bolt suspension still. I want to do something totally off the wall though, when I restore it. Keep everything pretty much stock-looking as far as interior and body goes, but because it's already a 6-cylinder... throw a modern 6-cylinder in there. And by modern 6cyl, I mean a wrecked 3.5 Ecoboost :D

NOW, my question is, I've helped with custom swaps before (helped my buddy put a supercharged 5.0 into a 300ZX) but I've never done it solo. What am I looking at as far as fabbing, fitment issues (if any, it's a pretty big bay), and wiring? I know they make the new 5.0 Coyote power module to help swap it into just about everything, do they make the same for the 3.5 or will I be getting a custom ECU?

Just throwing this out there to get some responses, thanks :D
