97 gt, i took calipers off painted them and replaced rotors and pads, I have bled and bled, no air coming out but the pedal is nowhere near right??? abs light is not on. Any suggestions?

done that all 4 starting at the one the most far away from the master cylinder.

very low and seems to have a fade to it almost goes to the floor. bled both ways with helper and vaccuum pump. I am gonna try 2 man again tomorrorw. started it, put it gear and the brakes will not hold the rotors when you let off the clutch.
