Hey guys. I posted this in the "Brakes" section without any luck so I figured I'd try it here. If you wanna move it that's fine.

So My front tires/rims are gettin' owned by a mass amount of brake-dust. My stock rims pretty much look black. :( The brakes are fine. Almost brand new and I've had my mechanic and PebBoys check 'em and they're fine. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

clean your rims lol, no real way around it, ceramic pads help some, but it is just dust made from the pad being worn down while stopping, coke and tin foil cleans it pretty well

yep just clean your wheels. if you think yours are bad, check out german-engineered cars. they bring the dust out with the engineering of the wheels that draw air out of the wheel to cool the temps...

mercedes and bmw wheels are much worse than ours!
