I know the differences between the two but is the gain between the two really that big? I can save between $50-100 just from getting the RAM intake instead of a CAI. Any input?

If moneys tight go ram air.

Otherwise go cold air.
Cold air overall is better, but i always ran with a ram air. You'll notice the differance over stock.

I think my buddys selling his if your interested.

And that is one hell of a ram air intake you've got going there. :lol

Also keep in mind it's a tradeoff. RAI gives you less restriction, better flow velocity, CAI gives you a cooler denser charge.

Either way the difference is pretty marginal at these levels. Don't quite expect the "20-25hp!" gains some of these companies claim.
