Hey there. I need a cam advice and I appreciate it.

The set up is a carburetted 308 SBF with forged pistons for occasional NOS shot 50-75HP, 9.5:1 CR, GT40P iron heads (1.85/1.46) port matched with Professional Products PowerPlus CrossWind/AirGap intake manifold, Barry Grant Road Demon 625cfm carb, MAC shorty headers, stock drivetrain.

I have a choice between these 2 only cuz they're in my garage:

TFS-51402000 (TrickFlow Stage 1)
Duration at .050 in. Lift (Degrees): 221 intake/225 exhaust
Valve Lift with 1.6 Rocker Arms: .499 in. intake/.510 in. exhaust
Lobe Separation (Degrees): 112

FRPP M-6250-E303 (Ford Racing E cam)
Duration at .050 in. Lift (Degrees): 220 intake/220 exhaust
Valve Lift with 1.6 Rocker Arms: .498 in. intake/.498 in. exhaust
Lobe Separation (Degrees): 110

i'd go with the trickflow cam with more lift on the exhaust side because you're running nitrous so taking in oxygen isnt as much as a factor as letting out exhaust. but that's just my opinion...i'm sure someone will correct me.

Great! That's exactly what I wished to hear.. cuz I had the E cam on my EFI with Edelbrock Performer 5.0 intakes, Windsor Sr Lite heads & NOS Sniper, the idle was too rough and sometimes my car would stall if I don't keep pushing on gas.

I even did some research before I read your responses, I found the same here on StangNet

Thank you so much fellas!!
