Cheapest easiest way

Whats the cheapest easiest way to add spray to a V-6? Does it have to be a major project? Is there a way to do it in an afternoon with common tools by myself? I'm not looking for a huge shot either. Is it as easy as a "bolt" on and go? Even if it only gives it a little more HP. I want to do it to learn form it without having to rip everything apart and invest huge $$.

whats a realistic cost for a basic set up????

dry shot but its bad.

Get a wet shot and a tune and your laughing.

700 ish for a wet shot and then depending on the size you may or may not need a tune
if you install a basic fogger (dry ) set up yourself look at around $400 for everything
700- 400 seems cheap enough. What kind of HP would it produce at that cost? Is it an easy instal?
i wouldn't go over a 50-75 shot unturned. and 100 shot is probably max your stock fuel system can handle.
yea a 75 shot should do fine without a tune.

it's called a 75 shot for a reason.. lol
and yes the install takes about 30 minutes
You can just do 50 right? Just to be safe? You can adjust something like this later to take it up to 75 or whatever right?
whats the difference between wet and dry? Wet is better?
Wet shot injects the no2 with fuel. it requires a fuel rail modification but its safer then a dry shot because it doesn't wash the lubricant from your cyl walls and valve tran as bad.
I would not do 50.. you will get bored quickly.

but yes.. you just change the Nitrous Jet
When you "spray" the stuff, you have to be at wot right? Is it set up to do that automatically? Also, whats "purge"?

purge clears the no2 lines by purging to the outside atmosphere, and you would want a Switch thats triggered by wot for the no2
Cool... i have a million more questions but I'll hold off for now. It seems like a fun project that is safer than it used to be. It will be cool for me and the kid to do this one weekend.
yeah...it would be a fun project.
i was thinking about doing something like that myself
wet is better for a stock fuel system, a small 50 shot you wont get to lean, you'll be fine, but adjusting your a/f will give you more power, nitrous does nothing if it doesnt have the fuel, you could do a 50shot then just change the jets to do the 75 after you tune

these are awesome install vids

and for a wet the modification to the fuel rail is simple you just remove the schrader valve and screw in the nitrous fuel line,

and it will come with a WOT switch i would recommend getting a window switch spraying below 3000 rpm will be bad news

i agree
a 50 shot is like the car farting
you probably wont feel it unless your in a light car like a honda

nitrous is safe
people make it seem like its not
if you get tuned you can run a 75-100shot no problem
its really only seldomly used
also the only times nitrous really goes bad is when you have a nitrous backfire
then you'll have some problems
Not getting off-topic, but supercharged, freakin awesome sig, haha.
yeah...it would be a fun project.

thats a badass sig :lol
