Alright guys, my cars almost becoming impossible to get into gear because of where the clutch is engaging. Really crappy mushy feeling, takes alot of strength to press the pedal down. Theres nowhere going in to the transmission that i can adjust from what i can see, but i did read something about skipping the quadrant up a tooth. the problem with this is the little hook on the quadrant rests on a piece of metal,(pedal?) Is this normal? In a photo i came across in an adjustment tutorial the hook hangs free . http://www.corral.net/images/tech/clutch1.jpg If it helps, my quadrant is way lower then that on the powl gearIm in dier need of help guys, thanks ahead

I skipped up 2 teeth and mine is firm now. If you push the clutch down with one hand and hold the hook it should adjust, but im not sure about it catching on metal, mine did not.
