Had a working clutch, removed my trans to work on something, and now its really stiff and feels like mush. The only thing I changed was the pivot stud for the clutch fork, other than that I messed with nothing. The car drove fine at first, but within 10 miles it became unusable and now I can't shift at all. I put an adjustable clutch cable on hoping it just needed some adjusting or something, but it's made no difference. Any idea on what I messed up? Any advice appreciated, I'm dreading taking this back apart..

make sure your new pivot stud is the same length as the old one cause that could make your throw out bearing bind on the input shaft tube.

Removed the trans, found that it was a very simple problem. The clutch fork wasnt on the pivot stud all the way. Just needed to be pushed on. Yaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy.... Replacing the clutch anyway though, the one that's in it is suuuuper heavy. Way heavier than stock.
