I installed my new adjustable clutch quadrant today and I was wondering if anybody where experts at adjusting this thing... It took me a half an hour just to get the car started then once i got the car started the clutch engaged damn near when I have my foot completely off the clutch pedal. I want it to engage closer to the floor where I'm use to like around 2-3 inches away from the floor. I can't figure out where should I put the nut that connects the cable to the clutch so I just put it in the middle. Thats where it lets out at the top then i started turning the adjuster outwards then it started letting out closer and closer to the floor but I couldn't turn it enough times to get it where I wanted before the adjuster became super tight. Now does this means that the nuts on the cable attached to the clutch should be moved forward or backwards to achieve what I'm trying to achieve PLEASE HELP.! I can't stand where my clutch is letting out right now.
