I noticed sometimes when i shift 4-5 it grinds and im locked out for a second. I go back to neutral then it goes in fine, it does this even when the clutch is to the floor i dont get it.
Also, if you upgrade to a mgw short throw or any, will it fix all the shift forks, if one was bent? or are they somewheres else?
I have a t45
