I noticed sometimes when i shift 4-5 it grinds and im locked out for a second. I go back to neutral then it goes in fine, it does this even when the clutch is to the floor i dont get it.

Also, if you upgrade to a mgw short throw or any, will it fix all the shift forks, if one was bent? or are they somewheres else?

I have a t45

Sounds like worn blocker rings in addition to a possible clutch issue.

Upgrading the shifter will have no effect on fixing an already bent shift fork.
The trnas will need to come apart to repair it and replace bent forks and worn/damaged blocker rings.
