ok ive been reading and searching and i see a lot of people like the spec clutches. My clutch now is starting to slip and it releases really far out.

I'm planning on getting a new intake manifold and heads with summer. so should i get stage 1 or 2? or get a RAM powergrip or HDX clutch?

I had a spec in my Mach, and it didn't hold up very long. I got about 100 passes out of it on the bottle. I put a Mcleod street twin in afterwards, and the guy who owns the car now still uses it with over 300 passes on it making over 600rwhp/600rwtq on Whippled 4v....

Is it really stiff? And should I throw a flywheel on with it?

Why the hell do you want a stiff clutch? The king cobra can feel like stock if you adjust it right. The status quo is NOT that if the pedal feel is similar to a brick, it's a good clutch.

Several of my f body buddies have used spec in the past, and they never seem to last long at all. That could be due to the mad powa of the LSjaun!

I've never used Ram, but it seems like people either love them, or hate them.
