clutch to use on my car?

I'm building a street/strip car. this will not be a daily driver

I have a 79 hatchback that will have a 6-point roll bar, sub frame connectors and a tower brace. I'll be running 275 Mickey Thompson ET's on the rear with 3.73 gears.

The engine is a 351w that will make around 375hp the way it sits now and It will probably achieve 400 when an electric fuel and waterpump are added and some other junk later on. The engine will red line at 6500-7000 rpm. Also a 150 shot of nitrous is going to be installed

The transmission is a Tremec TKO, and yes I have a lakewood bellhosuing and a billet steel flywheel that can take an 11in clutch.

I have narrowed my choices of what clutch to get down to 2. Either the centerforce Centerforce Dual Friction Clutches: CTF-DF148000 - summitracing.com

or the Fidanza http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort

basically the choice rest on the transmission. i don't want one that is too much and could destroy my output shaft on launch, but by the same token I don't want to lose launch time because my clutch is too pussy:rolleyes:

anybody with a tremec in their car would be a great help!!

thanks!, Devin
