I would totally get that if it weren't for the $175 price tag lol, plus it'd be kinda funky having that light stick out of my dash... I was just hoping I could built a shift light for around 30 bucks and only have the bulbs showing. Maybe I'll go ahead and get it and do a write up, though I hope someone steps in first and points out something I may not know about RPM activated switches

It should work. Great way to hide a shift light in the gauge cluster so that no one sees it when they walk by. Sneaky stuff like that is nice.

Just ordered, along with a K&N recharge kit, $30 shipped. I'll have to order some LEDs and fabricate some kind of housing for the lights, but as soon as I get all that done I'll do a writeup and update you guys if it works
