Will an MSD cap and rotor fit on a stock distributor?
If it does, is it worth it?

If you buy it for a stock distributor. If yours is still good no its not gonna be a worthwhile upgrade

Well its due to be replaced anyway, a few of the contacts look pretty shitty
Plus i got the Ford Racing blue wires and a red msd cap would look pretty nice in the engine =]

I had the same setup you mentioned, spend more and get ford cap, and different wires, I run Andersons

But seriously, there are guys making great power on the motor craft gear. If its purely for aesthetics, do what you gotta do I guess.
