i did 231-236rwhp and 268rwtq with o/r midpipe, catbcack, intake, and custom tune without dyno. auto too

My 2000 gt with a 5 spd and just a flowmaster cat back only put down 186rwhp dont remember the torque at the wheels but 240hp at the crank and 300ftlbs torque on a dynojet.
wow a PI motor? sounds more like a stock NPI motor...what the dyno guy say about that?

You should put a t-body & upper plenum on it. Your numbers sound right though.
how does that sound right for a PI motor?

maybe with LV humid and dry air MAYBE.

Yeah I am but I am putting a Procharger on it too with 10psi so that will be on the dyno sheet too. Then next year stahe 2 blower cams and LTs

This converter will help put more to the rear wheels and lower rpm and higher mph in the1/4 mile too

A stall won't effect your mph as much as it will help your 60'. My gt put down 217 bone stock on a mustang dyno and with bolt-ons it puts down what's in my sig.
I am going to have to listen to Andre from Edge.

So will a five speed help hp or not? The guy said that auto was kill hp, overdirve burnt up in it and I drive on the highway at 60 I'm runnin 3,000 rpms it's killin mpg's a five speed benifits me more, so I think the manual will be goin back in soon
An auto has more parastic load through with which takes power. But a stall and tune IMO makes up for it and then some over a 5 speed for track use. NOT road course.

i'm an auto and i dyno'd at 245/290 with bolt-on in my sig.
nice numbers good sir. I wont have LT's on mine N.A only with the blower on it. And I am doing cams and lt at the same time so hoping for a good pick up with 10psi.

I know a guy on AFM Forums, he has an auto GT, basically the same exact mods as me except he has an off road x, and UDP (no headers or cams) and dynoed at 259rwhp.

dude i guess you dont understand he is an auto so his numbers will seem low... he is not going to be at 290 or so.... though it seems a little low not greatly though.. he does not have a tb and plenum nor did he say anything about a catback...and if your o/d shot your converter could be pretty bad off also... i put down 273/299 with 75mm tb,plenum,off road h pipe, borla catback and a jlt cold air intake thru my auto and thats with nitrous cams...i say he is only about 10 off... but if the car runs good then your good..dont **** yourself its just a number
