The spring isolators are mainly there to keep metal to metal noise down.. I just reuse the stock ones because if you go poly they tend to kill the drop of the springs.

does you car sit lower on the drivers side? If it does, mine does to, YAY!! and im trying to find out if the springs are bad or what. it already has a 1 1/2 to 2 inch drop but dont know if my springs are bad. Let me know your out come. thanks
sitting lower on one side normally means torque box damage or beat bushings in the upper control arms
