I have a 2007 v6 mustang and i was wanting to know a few things about the exhaust...

I have true duals with GT mufflers on them...

They sound pretty good until you get on it a little then it starts to be a little raspy... Would a different muffler give me the deeper "mustang sound" I'm looking for? Im not very familiar with the whole exhaust thing and I'm not looking to spend a lot of money...

Any advice is appreciated...

Man, you have a v6... you aren't getting the "mustang sound" if you aren't willing to spend money. Sure, you could throw on some flow 40's or Mac Flowpaths for a deeper TONE, but you aren't going to get a loud rumble. That requires much more work.

Well that's welcoming.....not
Op, yes some flow 40's will get you that deeper tone, and so will long tubes
And if you want a loud ass noise take the cats off

Look up pypes dual exhaust with violator mufflers and x-pipe. I personally think that's the best set up for a v6 mustang I've ever heard.
