>now, 2 and 5 are both of my headlamps, which work fine

>to the best of my knowledge 1 and 6 are just reflectors that do not light up

>the light in question is 4, the orange-yellow running lamp on the inside of the headlamp on the driver side

>when i flip on just the running lamps using the switch on my console only the passenger side one[light 3] comes on

>same thing happens when i turn that switch all the way on,then, both headlamps and the passenger side running light come on still no driver side one though,

>when i turn on the hazards or the left blinker, the bulb works/blinks fine

>im fairly sure its not a fuse as i none of them are clearly blown

>there could be a fuse related problem though, any ideas?

>thanks for any help

It's a dual filament bulb. The park light filament has burned out. Just pull the bulb and look at it youll see if the filament blew. If its blown open, replace the bulb and you'll be good. Those lights on the corners of the lights are also marker lights. There's bulbs in them. If they don't come on with park lights then they're probably blown too.
