This is the Package that includes dampers, sway bars, and increased rate springs:
Ford Racing Performance Parts [M-5400-A]

For under $600, that seems like a decent deal, and a nice 50Kmile refresh for the DD ride- if the parts are improvments over stock.

Anyone have any expierience with this kit?
It dosen't give specs for the bars or dampers, but the springs are stiffer than stock and ride a bit lower..

This is a decent kit. It is nearly identical to the Bullet suspension. It has linear springs and matching sway bars and shocks. This will be very well balanced and a great upgrade. however, its not going to be as large a change in handling over the stock set up as say a custom set up with H&R springs or the Eibach set up.

For a stock replacement with better than stock parts, this is a Great choice.

Not really. This is a direct upgrade from stock. It is better in every way. The only downfal to this set up is that it is not as large an upgrade as it could be.

Just by the fact that it is new, it will be way better than stock. And these parts are FRPP upgraded parts.

Just to give you an idea, the sway bars are about as stong as they are on the bullet mustang. Not as strong as most other aftermarket set ups. In general you don't need to upgrade the front sway bar. The rear sway bar is the one that makes the big difference, and there are lots of choices. Eibach, maximum motorsports and lots of other are huge upgrades from stock and a big upgrade from this set up.

The springs are good quality, good stiffness. They are about 40% stiffer than stock, but about 75% as stiff as the H&R Super Sports.

The shocks are going to be good, better than stock pieces. Probably about even with a set of tokico blues.

Over all a custom set up that will be better by a long ways will cost as follows.
Tokico Blues ~$340
H&R Sport Springs ~$230
Eibach Sway Bars ~$270
Total ~$840

That is a good bit better set up but costs about 50% more. performance to cost ratio is about the same, so if you want to spend the coin, the performance difference is worth it.

IMO, if you are already swapping to the listed things above, I would get a set of Bilstein shocks or D-Specs. Both will cost about $200 more than the Blues.
