Might get more interest if you tell us why we need it.

I have never seen or heard of one of these. What does it do? Is it a stand alone ECU? Is it a piggy back ECU? What advantage does it give you over a hand held (SCT, Diablo, etc)? Are they still made/supported by Anderson?
