Is there a way to clean the sensor that determines how much fuel is in the tank? My gauge seems to be inaccurate a lot and just wondering if this is a common issue/common fix?

I don't think they were ever that accurate for our cars. As long as it's not getting stuck I don't think that there is much that can be done about it.

Alright thanks. Another question is do our cars have the digital sensor is it like a bob that floats in the fuel?

It's a float attached to the fuel pump housing.
