When I was at the dyno last, my tuner said my 255lph is at 96% capacity. I'm running 60lb injectors with stock rails. Since I'll be dropping the tank to do a PPRV delete, I need to know if it's common for nearly new Walboro pumps to just sh*t the bed or do I simply need to step to a 340? Any suggestions?

No, it's not common for Walbro pumps to quit...... you're likely just using its capacity.

-Power levels. He said I was at capacity. I do have a brand new BAP in the garage but I'm unfamiliar with them. Time to research I guess.

I would recommend install that bap you have since its just sitting in your garage.

Based on that power level you are likely at capacity.

If you have not removed the pprv yet that could net you the few more % DC without swapping the pump.

Did you run a line from the pump to the hat? Holes in basket?

Upgraded wires?

My setup is at 89% fpdc at 6200rpm which leaves more than enough room.

If your looking for dramatically more power than what the graph states then you would need to put that BAP in.

Next time ask the tuner to display wideband data at the bottom of the sheet. Do you know what the afr was during the session?
