Remember DO NOT rub into it, let the product dwell to loosen the tar, after a minute or two take a clean dry microfiber towel and LIGHTLY pick up the tar off the paint, no rubbing, NO PRESSURE. If its not coming off keep repeating the steps by letting product dwell and then using a clean side of the towel to wipe up off the paint, don't forget to clean the area before you do it or you'll be grinding dirt in. Hope that helps out.

I've used Turtle Wax bug & tar remover. Works decent and is cheap and at any local parts store
I've tried many.

Turtle was bug and tar is very good.

Let it sit for 5 min, wipes right off.
