when i go to stop, right before the car is completely stopped but still moving, if i hold the brake right there and let it move very very slowly theres this groaning sound coming from the front, the brake pads are new, rotors are new, any ideas?

its normal you still have a bit of pressure on the rotors.

*sigh* okay, well sometimes when i have it pressed so that its stopped, i have the rpms sometimes going up then down, so when its pressed a little so that its not moving and the rpms jump, the brake pressure isnt enough and it goes forward,so....i geuss i should look at why my rpms seem to be fluctuating, IAC valve has been cleaned and all.

seems like you have a vacuum leak somewhere causing the rpms to fluctuate
