Cop was an idiot for jumping on the hood. The car was rammed already if that was your 16 yr old brother Im sure you'd be pissed! I guess he wanted to be an action hero. The guys were stupid for running! Guys overseas make harder choices than that on a daily basis Im from ohio where this happened thats just poor training.

its not poor training, the guytried to ram the cops more than once and the cop that was on the hood was in front of the car, and the guy tried to ram him so he jumped onto the hood, and began firing. you dont know what the **** your tlaking about. 2 officers were also injured in this pursuit and one actually went to the hospital so do your research before you sayn this was cold blood

Calm down sparky! It was poor ****in training there is many diff options to handle that! The cop jumped in front of the car and then on the hood! He could of avoided that but I guess you only see things from one angle! Watch the video that wasnt the only time the gun was fired so look real hard at the video!

The way the cop reported it said he got rammed fell on the hood and had to shoot, he seemed to be sitting up perfectly striaght on the hood of the car before he fired. The car was moving maybe a 1mph and its still under investigation!

I used to go to officer.com all the time when this happened If i remember right he didnt say he fell he said he jumped on the hood dont know but
When he did shoot he did not kill that guy he missed every single time by inches because I remember the guys talkin about it on officer.com how did he miss so much (almost positive thats what they said may be wrong)
To me that was kind of poor training he should of pulled his car up infront of that car and tryed to box him in but thats just me
