07 GT with Airraid CAI, under-drive pulleys, short headers, stock h-pipe, Bama performance tune, new valve cover gaskets, new timing cover & gaskets, performance coil packs, straight pipe exhaust, Ford racing intake manifold. The car has been smoked tested many times, hence replacing gaskets and timing cover. 100% confirmed there are no more vacuum leaks. Pressure tested fuel pump & filter, they check fine. Both o2 sensors tested and fine. Highest reading from datalogging on sensors is 1.25, never below 1. Have replaced nearly every sensor yet no matter what, these codes will not go away. Have run a few tanks of 93 through it just to get it to burn cleaner but the CEL & codes always come back. Any thoughts on what else it could be?

It didn't come with one. I installed everything that it did.

I ran the CAI for about 6 mos with no lights. One day the idle was a little rough...cleaned out the MAF...idled rough again, replaced it and that's when the light came on.

I'll test the sensor tomorrow

Get rid of the bama tune, get a dyno tune ,And go with the ford coil packs
You'll need to make a better argument than that. These codes were thrown before the tune.

Thanks for the responses guys. I think the problem may be resolved. My cousin suggested I either clean or replace the idle air control sensor. I removed it last night and both metal contacts appeared to be clean despite 2 or 3 specs of dirt. I sprayed it down with seafoam anyway, cleared the DTC’s and drove for about an hour. No CEL. This morning I did a cold start > warm-up, ran the datalog and the CEL is still off. Checked the DTC’s and only p1000. If it doesn't come back on after a couple days I'll be convinced but so far looking good. That's the most expensive can of seafoam I've ever bought

Im guessing you cleaned the throttle body since our cars dont use iac’s. That seems to be a common problem with these cars though it usually causes other problems.

Or did you clean the maf? I can see it being maf related.

I wrote the wrong thing and ended up being wrong about what I said. I cleaned the throttle sensor and body - neither were very dirty to begin with. It looks like the problem was in the tune. We've been going back and forth tweaking the tune to get the banks evened out and I think we're just about there. It's running better than ever and after a full day of driving, still no CEL. I'll post an update in the next day or so.
