my car has been losing coolant for a while now and i kept finding little things here and there, then the problem would go away for a day or so. now its comming out of the passenger back side of the head. im assuming it is a blown gasket.
one what can cause the gaskets to blow?
two what are the best gaskets i can get, something reusable maybe?

Are you planning on boost any time soon?

Soulds like it could be a head gasket, but no way to tell for sure without looking at it. Have you done a compression test? It may or may not show with just coolant seeping.

if the gasket is blown in the right spot your oil will not be milky. check your freeze plugs and spark plugs . if it is a blown gasket fel pro #1011-2 or the cometic mls if run nitrous or boost.

one test u can do to check if the freeze plug is leaking is by doing a pressure tester on the car. Just look at the area u see coolant coming out of, if it's on the freezeplug or between where the head sits on the block. secondly, is ur car overheating? does it misfire? those are the telltale signs of a blown headgasket.
