so everything was going as planned -- easy taking the header bolts out, then came to the coupling bolts... got one off the drivers side, and the other bolt is threaded through the header, and on both sides the bolts are fuzed to the header. i used a whole lot of penetrating oil. this is the one thing standing in my way. any suggestions?

Cut them off.

so i torched em... i attempted to saw em off, and bc of the location no luck. im going to end up ordering a new x pipe anyways (it still has the stock H) and saw the pipe off. what a waste of a weekend.

How hot did you get it with a torch? If you're using a propane torch, you need to let it heat for about a minute or so or even more. Try to get it red hot.. it will come off. I live in an area that gets heavily salted in the winter so everything turns to rust and heat is the best way to get something free. Sometimes it just takes a lot of heat.
