Just installed the crank and 6 rods and pistons crank bearings were .002 clearence and rods were the same or .0015 I can spin my rotating assembly fairly easily so far but I don't know how easy it should spin. Thought I heard 20 ft lbs, I hope that's wrong lol. Crank was just polished block was bored new forged pistons and rods

you should be able to turn it fairly easy with a 1/2 in ratchet

It does prolly just freaking out cuz I was working on it till.4 am had an.engine builder crank it over this morning and he said im golden.. He says your looking for smoothness while it rotates more than anything.
