all you gotta do to reset the comp is let it sit for about 15min with the battery unplugged.

did you gap the plugs correctly?

you could try pulling off all the cops and then putting them back on.

are you sure thats the right gapping? i cant remember what it supposed to be, its been a while since i changed my plugs

how do you know they were gapped correctly if you didnt gap them?

you can see if its throwing codes yourself. turn the car to the on position then hold down the trip button and start it and keep holding it down till it says test. after that you can hit the trip button to find what codes are being thrown

yeah you can see a lot more then just thrown codes. it show rpm, mph, etc etc etc. go try it and check it out

The engine cylinders are numbered 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 from front to back on the
passenger side of the engine and 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 from front to back on the
drivers side of the engine

A blinking CEL means the computer is currently picking up a misfire. A solid light means a code is stored.

i didnt even know it would blink. good info :rockon
