help with my tranny

my 97 gt has a stock clutch and imma get it changed and get a few more mods but i dont know piss about tranny's i want a stage 2 clutch aluminum flywheel and a short shifter where can i find all these i got a spendin budget of 600 bucks (for parts only) think its feasable or should i save up a lil more oh and what are the most dependable clutches and flywheels i was going to go with a ford racing short throw shifter oh and its a t-45 if ya didnt already know
