I have 2003 Mustang GT and I just put in a new stock fuel pump in my car and now it takes awhile for it to start. Say if I start after its been sitting all night in takes about 4 seconds for it to start but if I turn it off right after that it start fine. Do you think I just got a bad fuel pump put in???

you may have a kink in the line restricting fuel flow, or you could have a leak in the line at the fuel hat. your pprv could have taken a dump on ya as well

I took my car to the shop today and they check my fuel pressure and it was at 40 psi when its running and when they turn my car off it doesn't hold the pressure and just leaks down slowly what could that be?
