i have a 2000 ford mustang v6.

i put a system in it. the amp is 350 watt, eveynow and then the lights will deam in it. the battery thing will go to low.
i dont know why can anyone help me??

Because its drawing extra power from your car. Although, I've never heard of just 350 watts having that affect (but thats just me) You can always upgrade your alternator.

Ground could be a shitty one... A had a JL W7 13.5" with a 2500watt fosgate amp in my slammed bravada and it was doing that crap so I moved my ground to between the body and frame and never again did it do it...

350 is to low to dim lights

Also your alternator could be going to shitter.
