Well the good thing is pretty much all of those things go hand and hand. For example to take out the springs u have to disconnect and remove the shocks, rotors, and brakes. I can't speak for the brake lines but everything else's installation is the opposite of removal.
Easy. Start from the furthest caliper away from the master cylinder and work your way to the closest. I.e you'll start at the rear passenger, then the rear driver, then front driver, then driver.
